Columbia Paris Law Society
Created in 2002 and endowed in 2008, The Paris Global Alliance is an innovative academic joint-venture between Columbia University and three major French Higher Education Institutions: École Polytechnique, Sciences Po, and Paris 1 Panthéon- Sorbonne University. Every year, around 200 students benefit from a range of 20 international dual degrees and joint programs in all disciplines.
The “Global Business Law & Governance” Master is a part of the Paris Global Alliance and focuses on offering a trans-disciplinary perspective on global economic and commercial issues. Each student can choose from a well-tailored menu of almost 30 courses taught only in English by prominent faculty members at Columbia Law School, Université Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne and Sciences Po Paris.
The Columbia Paris Law Society represents the students pursuing this degree. Building on its strong and international alumni network, the Society’s first aim is to provide students with transatlantic professional opportunities to enrich and contextualize its first-class level of learning. The Society also seeks to promote the program, reinforce the cohesion between current students, alumni and future classes and build strong ties with the professional world through the organization of events.
